Is Mollie suitable for all countries? Yes, Mollie supports payments in multiple currencies and from various countries.
Are all payment methods available in every region?

No, availability varies by country. For example, iDEAL is mainly suitable for Dutch customers and Bancontact for Belgian customers. International payment options, such as credit card and PayPal, are available in most regions.
Can I also pay afterwards through Mollie?

Yes, Mollie offers payment methods such as Klarna and IN3 for post-payment.
What happens if a payment fails? When a payment fails, it is immediately visible in your Acendy management environment. Your customer can try to pay for the order again using another payment method. Any error messages can be found in the transaction history.
How secure are online payments through Mollie? All payments follow the highest security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance and SSL encryption. Thus, customer and payment data are always protected.
How quickly will I receive my payouts? By default, payments are paid out within 2 business days. In your Mollie account, you can adjust the frequency of payouts yourself.
Are there additional fees associated with the payment methods? There are no fixed fees at Acendy, but each payment method has its own transaction fees. These differ per payment method (e.g. iDEAL vs. credit card). A full overview can be found on Mollie's website.
Which payment providers can I use? At the moment, Acendy supports payments via Mollie. Other payment providers are not (yet) connected to the platform.
