Support and maintenance is provided by us, no service fees apply. We also have a section on the POS system in our Help Center with many manuals and answers to frequently asked questions.

Included in all price plans

Our POS system is always included, you only pay for its use. If you want to rent the payment terminal, it costs 279 SEK per month. Redemption agreements are also included, no additional applications are required.

Dynamic pricing

The price is dynamic, the more you sell, the less you pay! The price varies between 1.25% - 2.75% + 1:-.

* The price list is dynamic. This means that if you turnover 100 000 SEK one month, your transaction fee is 2.75%. If you turn over 350 000 SEK the next month, your transaction fees will be 1.99% and the difference will be settled at the end of the month.

Do I have to pay anything when the free period is over? No, you don't have to pay if you decide not to continue after the free period. You also don't have to do anything to end the free period.

Is there a lock-in period/cancellation period? No, there is no commitment period. If paying monthly, the notice period is 1 month. If you choose to pay annually, you must send us notice at least 14 days before the start of the new period (12 months). You can choose to pay your shop monthly or annually.

Can I choose the Start price plan first and upgrade to a higher level later? Yes, that's not a problem! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. You can start with the lowest price option and then upgrade to a higher level if you need more.

What other costs are there?

With us you always have fixed monthly or annual costs. What is added are transaction fees for example Klarna when selling. This is not something we charge.

If you want, you can also use our services such as marketing, which have their own costs.
